About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager Intern to join our Civility team at Roblox. This 12-week summer internship will involve supporting research projects, optimizing content workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to help our community thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support research projects that inform civility, safety, and prosocial design
- →Manage the end-to-end development of content, ensuring quality standards and civility goals
- →Draft and distribute project status reports for leadership and cross-functional partners
- →Represent the Civility Team in partner meetings with Public Policy, Product Marketing, and Communications
- →Track action items and project milestones to ensure deadlines are met
Requirements
- ✓Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Communications, or a related Social Science field
- ✓Project management and execution skills
- ✓A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
- ✓Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- ✓Experience conducting research
- ✓Experience in content design, development, or creation for policy-related or educational materials
