About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and strategic Marketing Creative Project Manager to join Roku's Creative Studio team. This role involves managing marketing creative operations for our streaming service, ensuring all deliverables align with creative briefs and are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage day-to-day marketing creative operations to ensure deliverables align with creative briefs and are delivered on time
→Coordinate and manage project details from concept to delivery, including creative tickets, deadlines, and approvals
→Manage expectations for dependencies, timelines, and due dates for campaign launches
→Provide proactive updates and raise red flags on any issues that impact execution
→Assist in measuring and defining capacity of creative team, managing expectations and flagging risks

Requirements

✓5+ years of project management experience preferably at an advertising agency or with creatives in marketing
✓Experience working across multiple time zones
✓Experience with Project Management tools such as Asana, Excel, or others
✓Strong communication skills with stakeholders and creatives
✓Ability to work well with some oversight and identify when to ask for assistance
✓Good prioritization skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
✓Attention to detail while managing multiple projects
✓Bachelor’s degree in Creative, Marketing, or related discipline preferred
