About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join Roofr, a company focused on creating essential sales tools and a powerful CRM platform. This role involves shaping how our brand appears across campaigns, content, and experiences, ensuring every touchpoint feels cohesive and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop digital and print materials
- →Own the end-to-end creative process for campaigns
- →Develop concepts and create design assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- →Lead strategy and requirement discussions with team members
- →Manage the revision process and ensure alignment on project vision
- →Translate strategic direction into high-quality designs
- →Oversee asset management and uploading processes
- →Apply trend intelligence and business insights to inform design decisions
- →Handle multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience in brand, visual, or graphic design
- ✓Strong skills in typography, layout, and visual storytelling
- ✓Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- ✓Ability to take projects from concept through production with attention to detail
- ✓Experience designing across multiple channels and formats
- ✓A portfolio demonstrating strong brand work and campaign execution
- ✓Collaborative mindset with the ability to both take direction and contribute ideas
- ✓Strong time management and comfort working in a fast-moving creative environment
