About the Role
The Implementation Manager is accountable for successful deployments at factories and selling entities globally. This role bridges the gap between programme delivery and site execution, ensuring detailed implementation plans are developed and risks are proactively managed.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and maintain a detailed implementation plan for the D365 deployment, tailored to site-specific operational needs.
- →Lead and coordinate all site-level preparation activities across functional areas like Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Contracts, HR, and Finance.
- →Act as the primary interface between Regional Project Managers and local site teams for deployment alignment, issue resolution, and change requests.
- →Identify, document, and manage site-specific risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID), escalating to programme leadership when necessary.
- →Track and report against implementation KPIs, including programme and operational measures, SLAs, and post-go-live support metrics.
- →Contribute to site-level lessons learned sessions post-deployment to feed into continuous improvement.
- →Manage cutover plans and activities through Mock cutovers and production cutover.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in managing complex system implementations, particularly in manufacturing or similar industries.
- ✓Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple functional teams.
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- ✓Ability to identify and mitigate risks in implementation processes.
- ✓Experience with Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise systems is preferred.
