About the Role
We are looking for a Content Writer to join Rundoo and build our entire customer education function. This role involves creating content, defining strategy, and developing systems that scale as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and own Rundoo's customer education function
- →Own and elevate Rundocs, our customer-facing documentation library
- →Create the multi-modal implementation library for clients
- →Drive self-serve adoption with content
- →Build a content system from scratch
- →Work with Product, CX, and Implementation teams
- →Measure content engagement and impact
Requirements
- ✓Experience in instructional design, learning & development, or content creation
- ✓Exceptional writing skills for complex product features
- ✓Hands-on experience creating training or walkthrough videos
- ✓Self-directed and systems-oriented approach
- ✓Comfortable working cross-functionally
- ✓Willing to work 4 days a week in our office in Redwood City, CA
