About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Success team at Salonkee. This role involves delivering exceptional support in clients' local languages to help customers maximize the value of our software tools for hair and beauty businesses across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide quick assistance mainly over the phone, with additional support via chat and email, aiming to resolve all inquiries within 24 hours
- →Troubleshoot login, system, and hardware issues, guiding salons through setup and configurations
- →Address billing, payments, and subscription updates
- →Conduct regular check-ins and proactively manage partner needs
- →Educate partners on platform features to maximize usage
- →Document interactions in CRM and contribute to FAQs and support materials
Requirements
- ✓Previous experience in client support, particularly assisting clients over the phone
- ✓Customer-focused mindset with patience and empathy
- ✓Quick problem-solving skills with the ability to think swiftly
- ✓Detail-oriented approach for accurate documentation
- ✓Efficient time management and multitasking abilities
