About the Role
Samsara is seeking a Program Manager to join the Customer Support Enablement team. This role involves driving agent enablement strategies and execution, engaging with stakeholders to align on strategic KPIs, and providing insights to achieve goals and drive operational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of highest priority and most complex programs
- →Develop comprehensive program strategies, roadmaps and plans
- →Collaborate with stakeholders and drive alignment
- →Identify and tackle operational problems through processes, tools, and dashboards
- →Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally
Requirements
- ✓6-8 years of enablement or strategy program management experience
- ✓Demonstrated success launching transformational enablement initiatives
- ✓Strong program management toolkit with problem-solving and decision-making skills
- ✓Clear and confident communication with ability to influence stakeholders
- ✓Diplomacy and tact when working through issues
