About the Role
We are looking for a GTM Business Operations professional to join our team at Samsara. This role focuses on driving revenue growth through sales performance and efficiency of the Commercial, Mid-Market and Enterprise Sales teams in our core US market.
Key Responsibilities
- →Evaluate and diagnose sales team performance and own analytical models and sources of insights
- →Act as thought partners to sales leadership, sharing perspectives and recommendations based on data analysis
- →Identify and drive initiatives to help scale business segments to achieve sales growth targets
- →Identify risks to growth goals and develop action plans to mitigate those risks
- →Support quarterly business activities and development of executive materials
- →Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience in analytical roles
- ✓Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- ✓Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
- ✓Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects
- ✓Highly communicative and able to work in a remote environment
- ✓Deep comfort with data tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- ✓Fully fluent in English
