About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. This role focuses on planning and executing projects while managing stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- βDelivering projects with respect to their health indicators
- βRunning multiple projects at the same time while managing a balance of SaaS and customized projects
- βMaintain strict change control processes to protect project scope, budget, and timelines
- βIdentifying risks (internal and external) and defining clear plans to resolve them independently
- βHandling most escalations with the project team independently
- βAct as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders
- βManage customer expectations proactively
- βDeveloping and implementing strategies to engage with C-level executives of clients
- βCreating and executing structured communication plans to provide clarity on project status
- βKeeping the team motivated and engaged
