As a University Recruiter, you will partner with both hiring managers and our core university partners to support university recruitment experience. You will be a key partner to help identify and hire university talent as a brand ambassador for Sandisk. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Full life-cycle recruitment for new college graduates and interns across multiple functions, including: building the talent pipeline, interviews, and offers  • Developing strong university partnerships to proactively build a pipeline of new college grads and interns for existing and future needs of the organization     • Promoting our Sandisk brand throughout the recruitment cycle • Communicate fearlessly to build trust; you will bring a strong perspective that inspires and motivates hiring partners and candidates • Collaborate amongst teammates and cross functional teams to meet deadlines and achieve goals • Ability to travel domestically, during peak recruiting cycles • Support recruitment programs which help define and provide a comprehensive university experience • Partnering with internal stakeholders to define an all-encompassing candidate experience • Developing presentations and reports
