About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to coordinate large-scale projects within the People organization and across the company. This role focuses on keeping schedules on track, improving workflows, and ensuring tasks are properly resourced and tracked.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- →Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- →Support in managing project resources including personnel, equipment, and materials
- →Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
- →Assist in monitoring project budgets and tracking expenditures
- →Prepare regular project status reports for senior management and stakeholders
- →Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and external vendors
- →Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field
- ✓3-7 years of project management experience
- ✓Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- ✓Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- ✓Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- ✓Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project or Jira
- ✓Experience working in cross-functional teams is a plus
- ✓PMP or CAPM certification is a plus but not required
