About the Role
We are looking for a Banking Business Analyst Intern to join our Portfolio & Credit Risk teams at SAVii. This role supports the design, documentation, and implementation of data-driven credit policies and portfolio monitoring frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- βSupport documentation of credit risk policies and acquisition strategies for Salary Lending and new products
- βConvert internal discussions into structured BRDs, documentation artifacts, and Jira tickets
- βMaintain and organize Confluence documentation for underwriting logic and policy changes
- βAssist in internal tracking of sprint progress, task dependencies, and status reporting
- βDocument portfolio monitoring metrics and maintain structured internal trackers
- βSupport preparation of internal analysis summaries for senior Risk leadership
- βAssist in maintaining structured change logs for policy revisions and governance documentation
- βContribute to process improvement initiatives within the Risk team
Requirements
- βCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelorβs degree (preferably in Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics)
- βHands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
- βProficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Suite
- βStrong documentation and structured writing skills
- βBasic knowledge of SQL or data analytics tools is a plus
- βBasic understanding of banking, lending, or credit risk concepts is another plus
- βDemonstrates confidentiality, professionalism, and discipline in handling sensitive financial data
