About the Role
You will be the primary HR strategist for Saviynt's world-class engineers and product visionaries. This is a strategic role working directly with R&D leaders to drive organizational design and talent strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the lead HR consultant for U.S. Product and Engineering teams
- →Partner with technical leadership on organizational structure and employee retention
- →Drive the end-to-end pay and performance cycle for technical teams
- →Utilize HR metrics and data analysis to identify trends and insights
- →Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations and conflict resolution
- →Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Compensation on workforce planning
- →Lead initiatives for employee experience and technical leadership development
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- ✓8+ years of progressive HR experience supporting Engineering, Product, or R&D
- ✓SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
- ✓Proven track record executing HR initiatives in fast-paced technology companies
- ✓Highly analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data
- ✓Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones
