About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic QE leader to join Saviynt, a leader in identity security. This role requires setting high standards for personal and team performance, making strategic recommendations to executive leadership, and driving impactful changes to support the business.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the quality of deliverables across Saviynt’s product features
- →Lead multiple quality initiatives in close collaboration with development managers
- →Recruit, mentor, and manage QE staff to align with business priorities
- →Recommend and implement tools and technologies to modernize and scale automation and regression testing
- →Define, implement, and continuously improve Saviynt’s QE processes and metrics
- →Collaborate with Product Management to integrate quality early in the development lifecycle
- →Partner with engineering managers to drive agile practices
- →Ensure QE is tightly integrated into the CI/CD pipeline
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- ✓15+ years of experience in Software QE, including 3+ years leading QE teams
- ✓Experience managing cross-functional, matrixed quality organizations
- ✓Strong leadership, communication, and results-oriented mindset
- ✓Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools
- ✓Proficiency with modern test automation frameworks and testing/analysis tools
- ✓Experience working with globally distributed teams
- ✓Ability to connect technical capabilities with business outcomes
- ✓Knowledge of AI and modern AI tools and their usage
- ✓Good experience in API and Integration testing
- ✓Sound knowledge of SDLC and software testing methodologies
- ✓In-depth understanding of various software testing types
- ✓Ability to analyse business functions and derive comprehensive test scenarios
- ✓Ability to understand database design and experience in writing SQL queries
