About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Director of Strategy to drive Saviynt's market position through industry strategy, advocacy, analyst relations, and competitive intelligence. This role leverages deep identity and access management market knowledge to inform strategic priorities and empower internal teams with competitive insights. The position requires strong communication skills, high-impact content creation ability, and cross-functional influence.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead development and execution of industry strategy for privileged access management and non-human identity market segments
- →Drive and manage all industry strategy content for assigned market segments, including Analyst Relations programs
- →Establish and lead a world-class Competitive Intelligence program delivering timely analysis and sales enablement tools
- →Author, edit, and publish high-impact thought leadership reports, competitive analysis, and industry position papers
- →Deliver presentations and keynote speaking at internal and external events representing Saviynt's strategy and vision
- →Work cross-functionally to structure problems, analyze opportunities, and develop solutions through fact-based processes
- →Communicate effectively with and influence key stakeholders including sales leadership, marketing, and product teams
Requirements
- ✓10-17 years experience in Industry Strategy, Industry Analysis, Market Research, Analyst Relations, or Competitive Intelligence in cybersecurity or identity management
- ✓Proven subject matter expertise in identity and access management, with PAM or NHI experience as a differentiator
- ✓Experience as an Analyst or managing Analyst Relations programs with favorable report placements
- ✓Demonstrated ability to write and publish in-depth reports, analysis, or strategic content for executive and public consumption
- ✓Strong presentation and public speaking skills with keynote or high-visibility presentation experience
- ✓Experience driving large initiatives from problem framing through research, planning, and execution
- ✓Strong leadership and excellent written/verbal communication skills for working with senior executives
- ✓Strong influencing skills to build and drive extended virtual teams including sales and product
- ✓Self-starter comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative, innovative high-growth environments
- ✓Master of Business Administration strongly preferred
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field appreciated
