About the Role
Saviynt is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to provide tactical execution and operational support for sales enablement programs. This role reports to the Director of Sales Enablement and focuses on managing sales content, training programs, enablement tools, and operational processes to enhance seller productivity. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about enabling sales teams with the right resources and support.
Key Responsibilities
- →Maintain and organize sales content in enablement platforms like Highspot
- →Assist in curation and governance of sales playbooks, battlecards, and competitive insights
- →Support content governance and lifecycle management
- →Drive best practices for content utilization and searchability
- →Assist in execution of new hire onboarding programs and training sessions
- →Coordinate sales bootcamps and role-based enablement programs
- →Track training completion rates and maintain engagement dashboards
- →Serve as first point of contact for sales reps needing enablement assistance
- →Manage scheduling and logistics for enablement programs and webinars
- →Provide technical and administrative support for sales enablement tools
- →Track and report on enablement metrics including content engagement and tool adoption
- →Provide insights on content effectiveness and training impact
- →Assist in surveying sales teams to gather feedback for program improvements
Requirements
- ✓2+ years experience in sales enablement, sales operations, marketing, or training & development
- ✓Experience with sales enablement tools like Highspot or Showpad and CRM systems like Salesforce
- ✓Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating training content
- ✓Analytical mindset with experience tracking enablement KPIs and reporting on effectiveness
- ✓Self-starter mentality capable of working independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- ✓Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology sales environments is a plus
- ✓Familiarity with Command of the Message and/or MEDDPICC methodologies is a plus
