About the Role
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support non-tech teams and senior management with various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Advise and support leaders of non-tech teams on all relevant HR topics
- →Manage company-wide projects and initiatives related to leadership, career development, employee engagement, performance management, and compensation
- →Advise and support senior management in organizational development, succession planning, and change processes
- →Work with our HR tool (Personio), create reports and analyses, and support the smooth operation of operational HR processes
- →Advise and assist with the interpretation of legal regulations and laws to ensure compliance
- →Provide training on specific HR topics such as feedback and leadership
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
- ✓Strong understanding of HR processes and legal regulations
- ✓Experience with HR tools like Personio
- ✓Excellent communication and advisory skills
- ✓Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
