This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the clientβs time zone.
Our client is a well-established U.S.-based advertising agency with a team of more than 30 professionals. The agency runs integrated campaigns across multiple industries, working closely with internal strategy, account, and creative teams to drive measurable performance outcomes. Operating in a fast-paced and high-accountability environment, the team places strong emphasis on execution quality and optimization speed, as both directly impact client performance and retention. As the agency continues to grow, they are expanding their media team and seeking a reliable, detail-oriented specialist to strengthen daily campaign execution and operational support.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Paid Media Specialist will manage the hands-on execution of paid digital campaigns across key performance marketing channels. This role focuses on building, launching, and optimizing campaigns while ensuring accurate setup, proper budget pacing, and consistent performance monitoring. Working under the direction of media leadership, the Digital Campaign Specialist will support campaign execution, testing, and optimization efforts to maintain high operational standards and improve campaign outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CAMPAIGN EXECUTION & MANAGEMENT
- Build, launch, and manage campaigns across paid social platforms including Meta (required) and TikTok or LinkedIn (preferred).
- Manage paid search campaigns through Google Ads, primarily Search, with Display experience considered a plus.
- Support campaigns with exposure to Programmatic, Streaming, or OTT platforms when applicable.
- Manage daily campaign pacing, budget allocation, and platform QA processes.
- Execute creative swaps, A/B testing initiatives, and audience adjustments.
- Maintain accurate internal documentation including campaign notes, builds, and spend tracking.
OPTIMIZATION & PERFORMANCE SUPPORT
- Monitor campaign performance on a daily and weekly basis and flag potential issues quickly.
- Identify optimization opportunities across creative assets, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.
- Support the Director of Media by providing performance insights and testing recommendations.
- Contribute to internal reporting by summarizing performance insights and documented learnings.
WORKFLOW & TEAM SUPPORT
- Assist with campaign builds based on defined strategy and media direction.
- Maintain organization of campaign assets, tracking details, and platform setups.
- Support internal process improvements that increase consistency and efficiency across campaign execution.
QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE
- 1β2 years to 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong experience using Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience managing campaigns within Google Ads.
- Experience managing monthly budgets of $10,000 or more across multiple campaigns.
- Familiarity with performance measurement fundamentals; GA4 experience is considered a plus.
SKILLS
- Highly detail-oriented with strong ownership over campaign pacing, QA, and execution accuracy.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to monitor performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
- Organized approach to campaign documentation, asset management, and execution workflows.

- Budgets are paced correctly and campaign spend is tracked accurately.
