About the Role
We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to drive operational efficiency across Sales and Customer Success teams in a global AI-powered wellness platform. This role will optimize and automate key processes within the revenue tech stack, particularly HubSpot, ensuring seamless execution from lead qualification through renewal.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the HubSpot Administrator, managing day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and overall system health across CRM, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
- →Design, build, and maintain automation workflows for lead routing, sales sequences, customer handoffs, and operational alerts.
- →Ensure data quality and manage integration points between HubSpot and other platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Iterable).
- →Partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership to document, implement, and enforce standardized operational policies and procedures.
- →Provide direct operational support, troubleshoot system issues, and train users on best practices within the tech stack.
- →Define key customer journey milestones and implement operational components for playbooks such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Health Scores.
- →Maintain data integrity and consistency across all revenue systems.
- →Build and maintain dashboards and reports in HubSpot to track KPIs including sales cycle efficiency, win rate, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
- →Generate data-driven insights to help leadership identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements
- ✓3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Revenue Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
- ✓Hands-on experience as a HubSpot Administrator or Power User, with strong expertise in workflow automation and data management.
- ✓Proven ability to translate business goals into technical requirements for CRM and broader tech stack systems.
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with comfort working with data (e.g., Excel, BI tools).
- ✓Passion for building and maintaining clean, scalable processes and documentation.
- ✓Detail-oriented and proactive approach, with a strong focus on process efficiency and data integrity.
- ✓Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of revenue operations in high-growth environments.
