About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Saint-Etienne, with 2 days of remote work per week. This role involves working on the entire product lifecycle and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze customer journeys to ensure comprehensive understanding
- →Participate in collecting and formalizing business needs (use cases, personas, functional requirements)
- →Ensure consistency and quality of functional specifications
- →Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies and team sprints
- →Write user stories and prototype use cases
- →Implement performance and operability indicators for the solution
- →Support clients and internal teams in adopting deployed features
- →Coordinate and communicate with partners and stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- ✓Experience in product lifecycle management
- ✓Strong analytical skills and understanding of customer journeys
- ✓Proficiency in Agile methodologies and ceremonies
- ✓Ability to write user stories and create prototypes
- ✓Experience with performance and operability indicators
- ✓Excellent communication and coordination skills
