About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Saint-Etienne, with 2 days of remote work per week. This role involves working closely with the Product Owner throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze customer journeys to ensure comprehensive understanding
- →Participate in collecting and formalizing business needs (use cases, personas, functional requirements)
- →Ensure consistency and quality of functional specifications
- →Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies and team sprints
- →Write user stories and prototype use cases
- →Implement performance and operability indicators for the solution
- →Support clients and internal teams in adopting deployed features
- →Coordinate and communicate with partners and stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- ✓Ability to work with product owners and stakeholders
- ✓Experience with Agile methodologies and sprints
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
