WHO YOU ARE - You have 2-5 years of experience in business development - You are curious about the world and enjoy building relationships. - Your grit and determination alone are inspirational as you seek to be the best in your field - You have extraordinary written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor outreach to different audiences. - You have the ability to quickly grasp commercial context and understand the unique needs of different companies - You are highly organised, data-driven, and comfortable using CRM and outreach tools to manage your pipeline. DESIRABLE - You have experience working in healthcare and/or a regulated industry. WHAT THE JOB INVOLVES We're looking for a business development representative to join our sales team and help deliver a world-class go-to-market. You will be responsible for: - Prospecting and qualifying inbound and outbound leads through cold outreach and targeted networking. - Building and maintaining a pipeline of high-quality prospects aligned with Scarlet’s ideal customer profile. - Managing qualification conversations to understand prospect needs and connect them with the right sales motion. - Collaborating with the rest of the commercial team to refine messaging, ICP targeting, and outreach strategies.
