Scopely is seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Analyst to join our Direct-to-Consumer team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis!

What You’ll Do
You’ll develop a suite of D2C dashboards that are trusted and widely used across both central and game teams, run D2C A/B testing programs across the portfolio, and regularly collect, analyze, and present insights that game team decision makers will use to drive impact.
• Proactively investigate & gather data-driven justification for D2C growth opportunities
• Build & maintain the suite of D2C dashboards used by key stakeholders and use them to create reports on D2C performance
• Influence other data & analytics groups to execute D2C analyses or dashboard-building on our behalf where it makes sense
• Diagnose D2C performance shifts across traffic, conversion, retention, and monetization
• Translate ambiguous executive asks into structured analytical approaches
• Pull & analyze large volumes of player data needed to answer key business questions
• Design, validate, and interpret A/B tests (from experiment design to impact sizing)
• Produce compelling visualizations and summary slides tailored to a variety of audiences from IC teams to executives
• Partner with Data Engineering to commission new data infrastructure when needed - writing clear technical specs that translate business needs into implementation requirements.
What We’re Looking For
• 3-5 years of experience in analytics within high-scale consumer apps
• Advanced SQL proficiency (BigQuery or similar warehouse environments)
• Experience building dashboards in Looker
• Strong experience designing and interpreting A/B tests
• Ability to translate business questions into specific analytical plans
• Ability to synthesize data into clear business insights
• Strong presentation skills - able to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Points
• Experience working on or closely with mobile F2P games (Casual and Midcore)
• Strong understanding of D2C strategy within F2P ecosystems
• Familiarity with agentic AI tools for productivity (scripting, data formatting, workflow acceleration)
• Experience using Hex or other AI-assisted data analysis platforms.
