About the Role
A Papyrus Developer specializes in building and maintaining customer communication solutions using the Papyrus platform developed by ISIS Papyrus. You will be part of a cross-functional international agile team, building and maintaining scalable and secure solutions that support our wide range of card and payment products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and develop documents, templates, and smart forms using Papyrus Designer and Eye Widget.
- →Configure multi-channel communication flows (print, pdf).
- →Integrate Papyrus with external systems using Papyrus Adapter and APIs.
- →Support branding, workflows, and access control within the Papyrus Business Communication Framework (BCF).
- →Regular Quality controls in all instances
- →System maintenance regarding access control, compliance and security
- →Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align with platform capabilities.
- →Actively share your knowledge and contribute to enhancing the customer experience
Requirements
- ✓A completed degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification
- ✓Experience of Papyrus platform (Objects, Eye Widget, BCF and designer)
- ✓Experience in document management or enterprise communication systems, preferable from financial industry
- ✓Experience of Object-oriented programming, REST APIs and IPAS
- ✓Conceptual and analytical skills as well as quick comprehension and a goal-oriented way of working
- ✓Practical experience with DevOps and agile methodologies is a must
- ✓Fluency in English
