About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Researcher to join our recruitment team at SEB. This role involves supporting and driving recruitment processes across the organization, with a focus on sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through relevant channels.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- ✓2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or talent research
- ✓Structured, efficient, and able to manage multiple processes in parallel
- ✓Social, open, and communicative, with strong collaboration skills
- ✓Proactive, take initiative, and work well independently
- ✓Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
- ✓Insights or experience from the banking sector is considered an advantage
