About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Researcher to join SEB Group Site Lithuania. This role involves supporting the recruitment process by sourcing and engaging qualified candidates through various channels and coordinating interviews.
Key Responsibilities
- βSource and identify qualified candidates using multiple channels, including job boards and LinkedIn
- βActively approach passive candidates and build talent pipelines
- βCommunicate with candidates: initial outreach, screening calls, and interview coordination
- βMaintain accurate recruitment data and workflows within applicant tracking systems
- βPartner closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
Requirements
- βPreferably 1 year of experience in Recruitment or Talent acquisition, Customer Relations, Sales or similar areas
- βExperience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn, CVbankas, CV Online is a strong advantage
- βPositive attitude and strong communication skills
- βStructured & detail-oriented person
- βAbility to manage your time & prioritize incoming tasks flow
- βExcellent spoken and written English language skills
