About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to deliver excellent service and manage service calls.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver excellent customer service, working closely with the Area Supervisor and National Call Centre
- →Use PDA management software to manage service calls and maintenance visits
- →Attend and resolve daily service calls plus scheduled maintenance work
- →Take responsibility for your vehicle and stock, ensuring they’re properly maintained
- →Bring a proactive, positive, “can-do” approach to every job
- →Join the callout rota, with opportunities for additional earning potential
- →Work flexibly when needed to meet client demand
- →Be based within ~30 minutes of your working area for responsive service
