About the Role
We are looking for critical and alert professionals to remotely maintain the safety and operation of multiple European data centers. This role involves working in an international Security Operations Center (SOC) monitoring various locations across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor alarm notifications within a specific geographic area, evaluate them, and follow up, including remotely directing on-site security.
- →Monitor multiple security systems for access control to help ensure the safety and security of people, property, and data.
- →Assist with incident and crisis escalations.
- →Perform camera surveillance, video audits, and self-report evaluations, and manage the camera system.
- →Support operational security tasks remotely, submit maintenance tickets, and update internal systems and logs.
- →Perform tasks for local dispatch and local SOC.
Requirements
- ✓Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts outside of regular business hours.
- ✓Strong understanding of security procedures and protocols.
- ✓Experience with security systems and monitoring tools.
- ✓Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues across Europe.
- ✓Willingness to undergo an extensive training period to learn the details of the locations and their specific requirements.
