About the Role
You will be part of the APAC Creative Studio design pod based in Malaysia, working with designers, copywriters, and video specialists across Asia and ANZ. You will lead end-to-end design for key initiatives in Australia, New Zealand, and across Asia, translating business and customer needs into compelling visual solutions across digital and print.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the ideation and development of creative concepts for integrated campaigns across multiple channels and markets.
- →Design digital marketing assets including social media posts, display banners, email templates, and landing pages.
- →Create brand and campaign collateral such as presentation decks, event materials, and sales enablement collateral.
- →Act as a brand champion for SEEK/JobStreet/JobsDB visual identity across APAC, applying and evolving brand guidelines appropriately.
- →Collaborate with country marketing teams, product marketers, and CRM to understand objectives and audiences.
- →Mentor and support junior designers or freelancers, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- →Explore and pilot new tools and AI-powered workflows to improve quality, speed, and scalability.
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of end-to-end design projects.
- ✓Expertise in design systems and visual territories that can flex across multiple channels and markets.
- ✓Strong understanding of digital marketing assets and brand collateral creation.
- ✓Ability to apply and evolve brand guidelines appropriately.
- ✓Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- ✓Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and CMS platforms.
- ✓Strong communication and mentorship skills.
