About the Role
We are building a brand-new Enterprise Automation & AI team in ETS, focused on modernizing platforms, removing manual work, and driving smarter ways of working with automation and AI. We are looking for an experienced Python and DevOps Software Engineer who loves solving problems and experimenting with new tools to make a big impact.
Key Responsibilities
- →Designing, building, and maintaining secure, scalable, high-performance applications and automations that align with ETS objectives.
- →Ensuring that systems are well-designed, tested, and fit for purpose across multiple environments.
- →Owning services in production, with responsibility for uptime, troubleshooting, and operational quality.
- →Driving discussions and making decisions on architecture, design, and implementation of subsystem components.
- →Managing CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code deployments across environments.
- →Championing the use of AI tools and automation to improve developer productivity and team efficiency.
- →Collaborating with colleagues across ETS to deliver consistent, high-quality engineering solutions.
