About the Role
We are looking for a Data Solutions Analyst to serve as a key connector between Sales, Data Science, and Product teams. This role focuses on validating, prioritizing, and addressing data-related requests while ensuring clarity around data discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Review and triage data validation tickets for completeness, clarity, and accuracy
- →Join sales calls as a first line of defense to address client data concerns
- →Act as a subject matter expert to explain data nuances and prevent escalations
- →Validate requests using internal tools and compare public versus proprietary data sources
- →Collaborate with internal teams to surface differences between data sets
- →Flag and redirect non-actionable or duplicate requests
- →Develop and maintain a ticket prioritization framework for high-impact issues
- →Support cross-functional initiatives between Sales, Product, and Data Science teams
- →Provide feedback to improve internal data tools and customer experience
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, analytical, or business-related field
- ✓Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- ✓Proficiency with pivot tables, lookups, and basic formulas
- ✓Familiarity with SQL for data querying and validation
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in cross-functional settings
- ✓Comfortable working with sales teams and customers to explain data insights
- ✓Ability to manage multiple tasks in time-sensitive situations
- ✓Experience researching and synthesizing market trends, competitor data, and industry benchmarks
- ✓Experience reviewing and interpreting public financial statements
