Salary Range
$65,000 - $105,000 /year
Key Responsibilities
- →Oversee daily social media output for assigned clients
- →Write in multiple voices tailored to different platforms and client branding
- →Maintain a strong understanding of current events within the web3 ecosystem
- →Work cross-functionally with PR, events, community, marketing, and growth teams
- →Analyze data and social media tools to grow internal and client brands
- →Manage social media strategy, operations, and execution for 3-5 clients
- →Develop social strategy and ideate new opportunities with senior leaders
- →Create and maintain account management systems for scheduling and posting
- →Plan and execute owned marketing campaigns with PR, Content, and Growth teams
- →Strategize and execute social media activities like Twitter Spaces, AMAs, and giveaways
- →Stay updated on technology trends in the web3 ecosystem
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in a social media role, preferably in an agency setting
- ✓Experience with launching social media campaigns, especially in the crypto ecosystem
- ✓Excellent written, verbal, and strategic communication skills
- ✓Strong client relations and collaboration skills
- ✓Ability to inspire and motivate team members
- ✓Desire to work in web3 with resilience in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Strong understanding of the web3/crypto space and affiliation with an on-chain community
