About the Role
ServiceNow is seeking a Public Sector Presales Solution Consultant to provide technical sales partnership and guidance to customers in the Public Sector industry. This role involves utilizing technical pre-sales techniques to communicate the power and ease-of-use of the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Understand business and technical problems in the Public Sector addressed by ServiceNow products
- →Interact with C-Suite Executives
- →Interview customers to uncover technology architecture and business needs
- →Partner with sales teams in customer account and strategy planning
- →Lead non-technical discussions to define objectives that ServiceNow can address
- →Sell the value of solutions, not just product features
- →Support regional marketing events
- →Demonstrate products to prospects and existing customers
- →Collaborate in creating product demo scripts
- →Develop a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform
- →Respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents
- →Stay current on product developments and competitive analyses
- →Conduct transition briefings with Sales Personnel and Professional Services
- →Act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert at Executive briefings
Requirements
- ✓Advanced ability to develop, position, and provide technology-based solutions during sales cycles
- ✓Experience in achieving quarterly and annual sales goals
- ✓Strong understanding of business transformation, operational efficiency, and key regulations
- ✓Excellent communication and presentation skills
- ✓Ability to work with C-Suite Executives
- ✓Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
- ✓Experience with Request for Proposal documents
- ✓Understanding of competitive analyses
