About the Role
As an AI Solution Architect, you will establish architectural patterns that demonstrate the value of the ServiceNow platform, accelerating technical validation and deal closure. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers, translating ambitious AI strategies into solution blueprints and proof of concepts designed to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead architectural design sessions focused on AI Experience and platform solutions, transforming customer requirements into actionable blueprints.
- →Demonstrate platform capabilities through in-depth technical presentations, highlighting integration options and fostering confidence in the solution’s technical foundation.
- →Develop proofs of concept and technical validation frameworks for customers in your designated districts.
- →Work closely with AI Experience Solution Consultants to ensure alignment between solution blueprints, customer priorities, and workshop outcomes.
- →Create and contribute to reusable assets, reference architectures, and industry patterns to enhance team productivity and support consistent, high-quality delivery at scale.
