About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and business-focused HR Business Partner Manager to support operations across Spain and Italy. This individual contributor role involves providing hands-on HR support and guidance to senior leaders, ensuring alignment between people priorities and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the HRBP for leaders in Spain and Italy, providing advice, coaching, and support on people-related matters.
- →Build strong, trusted relationships with business leaders to align HR practices with business goals.
- →Support talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management processes.
- →Advise on employee relations cases and provide practical guidance on local labor law matters.
- →Support workforce planning, organizational design, and change initiatives.
- →Use people data and analytics to provide insights on workforce trends.
- →Act as a point of contact for local Works Council in Spain.
- →Drive initiatives that foster engagement and reinforce company culture.
Requirements
- ✓Experience working with senior leaders and providing HR support.
- ✓Strong understanding of local labor laws and employment legislation in Spain and Italy.
- ✓Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders.
- ✓Experience in talent management, organizational design, and change management.
- ✓Proficiency in using people data and analytics to inform decision-making.
- ✓Knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation in Spain and Italy.
- ✓Ability to partner with external providers or internal legal resources for compliance matters.
