About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the execution of construction and workplace projects, ensuring quality, cost, safety, and scheduling objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and manage all MEP design and construction activities for the project
- →Review and approve MEP designs, specifications, submittals, and shop drawings
- →Oversee the selection and management of MEP consultants and contractors
- →Coordinate with other project disciplines to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems
- →Monitor and control the MEP budget and schedule, identifying and mitigating potential risks
- →Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, building codes, and client standards
- →Oversee the testing, commissioning, and handover of all MEP systems
- →Provide technical expertise and support to the project team on all MEP-related matters
- →Manage and resolve any MEP-related issues or conflicts that arise during the project
- →Attend and actively participate in project meetings, providing updates on MEP progress
- →Ensure all MEP systems are designed and installed to meet sustainability and energy-efficiency goals
