About the Role
We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our team. This role focuses on providing functional and technical expertise to customers implementing ServiceNow solutions, with the goal of accelerating adoption and driving business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Understand the client’s overall business to ensure successful implementation of ServiceNow products and technologies
- →Work with ServiceNow Sales, Solution Consulting, Global partners, and ServiceNow Services Account Executives to qualify, manage and close Expert Services opportunities
- →Engage with C-level roles within IT and various business functions on the largest digital transformation opportunities
- →Act as an authority on ServiceNow Expert Services project methodology and best practices
- →Demonstrate high "Speed of Delivery" in turnaround of deliverables
- →Identify and pursue potential ServiceNow Expert Services opportunities
- →Collaborate with ServiceNow Sales to use Expert Services resources and service offerings
- →Maintain periodic touch points during delivery activities to ensure architecture and design principles are maintained
Requirements
- ✓Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform
- ✓Experience with complete Workflow of products
- ✓Strong business acumen and product expertise
- ✓Ability to provide technical thought leadership
- ✓Experience with pre-sales activities like sales presentations, solutioning, scoping discussions, and workshops
- ✓Ability to build credibility and trust with customer account teams
- ✓Commercial awareness and understanding of budgetary constraints
- ✓Experience with project initiation, planning, and governance
- ✓Ability to mentor other members of the ServiceNow delivery team
