About the Role
ServiceNow is seeking an Outbound Product Manager to lead customer adoption initiatives for their Telecom and Media offerings. This strategic role focuses on empowering customers to build transformative solutions on the ServiceNow AI Platform, ensuring customer voices influence product roadmap and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop a deep understanding of Telecom and Media customers, their use cases, challenges, and goals
- →Guide and support the adoption of Telecom and Media products across high-impact accounts
- →Serve as a primary advocate for Voice of the Customer within product, engineering, and leadership teams
- →Lead early access programs to gather feedback and validate new product capabilities
- →Create technical enablement and adoption content that highlights product value
- →Conduct onboarding and enablement sessions to scale adoption across customers and partners
- →Manage community engagement and create content that drives interest and success
- →Collaborate with analysts, partners, and thought leaders to share ServiceNow’s vision
Requirements
- ✓Strong background in product management with experience in Telecom or Media industries
- ✓Experience with AI platforms and customer adoption strategies
- ✓Ability to gather and synthesize customer feedback to influence product strategy
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills
