About the Role
We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to join ServiceNow, a global market leader in AI-enhanced technology. This role focuses on driving customer adoption initiatives, mitigating downsell risk, and improving Net Promoter Scores across our fastest-growing customer segments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with Major Area Leaders to develop, manage, and track customer adoption plans
- →Leverage AI-powered analytics and predictive modeling to identify at-risk customers
- →Ensure adoption information via scorecards and dashboards for real-time visibility
- →Drive cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams
- →Build strategies to drive a sales motion for optimal customer support
- →Monitor GRR trends, product adoption metrics, and customer health indicators
- →Establish consistent cadences for adoption reviews and performance tracking
- →Prepare executive-ready materials for business reviews and strategic planning sessions
Requirements
