About the Role
The Solution Design team at ServiceNow connects Product, Marketing, Sales, and Partners to create innovative solutions using AI and automation. As a Solution Design Manager, you'll bridge business impact, user experience, and technology to develop scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Consolidate insights and assets across ServiceNow teams to build on existing solution designs
- →Lead discovery sessions and interviews with customers, partners, and experts to validate challenges and identify workflow gaps
- →Stay current on industry trends by engaging with partners, analysts, and thought leaders
- →Understand ServiceNow’s product capabilities and integration points to ensure technical feasibility
- →Synthesize inputs and translate insights into practical solution designs
- →Collaborate cross-functionally to align Product, Industries, Marketing, and Sales on solution scope
- →Experiment with AI-first approaches for research, ideation, and storytelling
- →Shape and drive solution design best practices and methodologies
Requirements
