About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and generating business opportunities for SGS.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, deliver and monitor programs to ensure a consistent, personal, and memorable customer service experience aligned with the SGS Brand and values
- →Proactively build the database and contact prospective clients via phone or other media to offer and sell SGS offerings
- →Manage client enquiries from all sources, ensuring prompt and professional responses, including generating non-routine proposals and coordinating with SGS affiliates and operations teams
- →Contact new customers via phone or other media tools to offer services and generate business
- →Monitor dormant accounts and treat inactive accounts as new customer prospects
- →Develop initiatives and programs to enhance customer experience across all channels (walk-in, phone, web)
- →Identify new client needs and market trends, capturing and sharing them with business development and sales teams
- →Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
- →Comply with Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Energy (QHSEE) policies and objectives
Requirements
- ✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- ✓Experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- ✓Knowledge of database management and CRM systems
- ✓Understanding of QHSEE policies and procedures
- ✓Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ✓Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- ✓Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
- ✓Willingness to participate in training and development programs
