We're hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers and deliver exceptional software solutions. This role focuses on building high-performing teams while ensuring the successful delivery of scalable systems that support Sharebite's mission.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build, lead, and mentor a team of software engineers
- →Conduct regular 1:1s and create individual development plans
- →Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices
- →Partner with Product and Design teams to define project scope
- →Drive sprint planning and ensure timely delivery of features
- →Participate in hiring and onboarding processes

- →Champion engineering best practices
- →Balance technical debt with feature development
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- ✓5+ years of software development experience
- ✓3+ years of hands-on experience with Python and JavaScript
- ✓2+ years of experience in people management or team leadership
- ✓Experience with systems infrastructure and cloud platforms
- ✓Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead engineering teams
- ✓Strong communication skills
- ✓High-ownership mindset
