About the Role
We are looking for an organized and detail-focused Operations Administrator to join our team. This role involves supporting the smooth running of customer orders, coordinating between departments, and ensuring efficient processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage full administration of customer orders from placement through invoicing
- →Review and analyze data to verify requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- →Work towards established Service Level Agreements and ROI targets
- →Interpret and report on data to support performance metrics and improve processes
- →Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation (electronic and hard copy)
- →Provide administrative support for internal requests and operational activities
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of administrative experience (retail, operational, hospitality, or corporate)
- ✓Strong knowledge of administrative processes and procedures
- ✓Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office suite)
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Proven experience in improving processes and procedures
