About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Operation Coordinator to join ShopBack's team, driving the success of marketing campaigns across Southeast Asia with a focus on Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, and Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

→Execute campaign operations for SEA markets (VN, TH, PH, ID)
→Crawl and curate BAU AMS deals and setup corresponding onsite banners
→Setup campaign layout and banners for Merchants and Seller campaigns
→Create deeplink, branch link, and generate deal and coupon as requested
→Execute campaign page layouts for various marketing channels
→Support and execute always-on content of promotions for the VN market
→Collaborate with teams to develop paid creatives for various channels
→Set up sign-up bonus campaigns for Partnerships and KOLs
→Assist with product translation to ensure accurate and culturally relevant messaging
→Provide support for events and offline activations
→Undertake other tasks assigned by the Manager

Requirements

✓Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Campaign Operation/Marketing Operation/Digital Executive
✓Prior experience in digital marketing, tech startups, or the e-commerce industry is preferred
✓Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus
✓Attention to detail, meticulous, responsive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
✓Self-starter, independent, self-motivated, and result-oriented
✓Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills
✓Positive work attitude, good time management, effective communication, adaptability, and organization
✓Possess a 'can't-is-not-an-option' attitude
