About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Designer to join ShopBack's North America team. This hands-on role involves producing high-quality, conversion-driven artwork across digital, mobile/app, and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute creative assets across digital and offline channels
- →Produce campaign visuals that scale cohesively across formats
- →Adapt and resize creative work with strong attention to composition
- →Prepare artwork for large-format and print production
- →Follow established creative workflows and ensure production-ready delivery
- →Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders
- →Maintain exceptional attention to detail across typography, layout, and imagery
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 1-2 years of relevant design experience
- ✓Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
- ✓Solid offline design experience (OOH, print, large-format production)
- ✓Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy
- ✓Ability to execute across digital and offline specifications
- ✓Comfortable working under tight deadlines
- ✓Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- ✓Portfolio showcasing well-crafted work across multiple formats
