ShopBack is seeking an AI-Native Special Projects Lead to lead a team building the future of AI agents for millions of users. You will bridge ShopBack’s data moat with end-user experiences, focusing on architectural vision and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Architect and build the first versions of AI agents
- →Move from ideation to working prototypes in days
- →Design and implement custom multi-agent AI solutions using LLMs and orchestration frameworks
- →Work with data teams to turn proprietary data into fine-tuned context for AI agents
- →Lead and develop a team of AI-native full-stack generalists
- →Spend time with customers to understand their pain points
Requirements
- ✓Understanding of foundational model latent space and RAG-enhanced architectures
- ✓Full-stack capability from Python-based backends to Flutter interfaces
