About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join the Online Affiliates Team at ShopBack. This role focuses on managing and growing relationships with key affiliate partners to drive engagement and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners to drive engagement and performance
- →Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- →Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns
- →Handle day-to-day communication with affiliates, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- →Regularly attend industry events and networking events
Requirements
- ✓5 to 8 years of proven experience in account management, preferably in affiliate marketing or e-commerce
- ✓Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- ✓Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- ✓Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- ✓Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tools is a plus
- ✓Demonstrated use of Generative AI tools to develop new or improve workflows
