About the Role
Showpo is seeking a Senior Social Media Specialist to lead the day-to-day execution and optimisation of the brand’s social media presence. This role will ensure the brand is elevated, platform-native, and commercially impactful, contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the execution of Showpo’s social media strategy in alignment with broader marketing and brand goals
- →Oversee and execute on the creation of high-performing social content across video, stills, storytelling series and reactive moments
- →Ensure all content reflects Showpo’s elevated brand world, creative direction, and product priorities
- →Collaborate closely with Brand, Creative, Design, Ecom and Campaign teams to deliver integrated social rollouts
- →Act as the key point of contact internally for social execution, timelines, channel governance and delivery
- →Monitor social performance across reach, engagement, saves, shares, profile activity and assisted commercial outcomes
- →Deliver regular reporting and insights that translate performance into actionable improvements
- →Ensure Showpo’s community engagement feels authentic, timely and aligned with brand voice
- →Stay across emerging social trends, platform updates, tools and creator best practices
Requirements
- ✓3+ years experience in social media execution within a fast-paced brand environment (fashion desirable)
- ✓Deep understanding of platform-native content, performance drivers, and social-first storytelling
- ✓Proven ability to manage content calendars, workflows and cross-functional delivery
- ✓Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and quality control
- ✓Ability to confidently appear on camera, bringing a polished, brand-aligned presence and contributing to engaging team led content series
