About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer at Sift to bridge the gap between customer-facing teams and engineering/product teams. This role involves troubleshooting product issues and ensuring customer success with the Sift digital trust and safety platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the most complex customer issues and partner with Customer Success Management
- →Support the customer lifecycle as the technical point of contact
- →Automate and optimize internal and external processes
- →Write custom queries and scripts to calculate metrics and optimize recurring processes
Requirements
- ✓5+ years in a technical customer-facing role
- ✓Close cross-functional collaboration with data science, engineering, and product
- ✓Outstanding communication skills to explain complex technical concepts
- ✓Creative, coachable, collaborative, goal-oriented, and thoughtful
- ✓Strong experience writing scripts and queries (SQL, Python, Bash scripting)
- ✓Comfort with APIs and web technologies
- ✓Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple projects in tandem
