About the Role
Sine Engineering is seeking a Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. This role is crucial for maintaining strong talent pipelines and aligning recruitment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to attract top talent across technical and non-technical domains.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify potential candidates for both technical and business roles using various sourcing channels
- →Create and post job vacancies across multiple platforms, process applications, and select qualified candidates
- →Demonstrate a proven track record of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates in Finland and/or other EU markets
- →Conduct interviews and support candidates throughout the entire recruitment cycle
- →Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs
- →Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes within the company
Requirements
- ✓At least 3 years of experience in recruiting and successfully filling technical and business roles across industries
- ✓Fluent Finnish level
- ✓English - upper-intermediate or higher
- ✓Experience working with international and multicultural teams, with strong awareness of regional hiring practices
- ✓Experience in a product company, especially in Embedded development, is a plus
- ✓Solid knowledge of ATS systems and effective sourcing strategies
- ✓Ability to build long-term partnerships with team leaders, managers, and key stakeholders
